Terms & Conditions of Business

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') provide the rules that apply in connection with any Sustainable Leaders Limited product or service you take in connection with our www.bethknight.earth website ('Site').  This Site is owned and operated by Sustainable Leaders Limited. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to using our Site, or engaging our services and products.

 

The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sustainable Leaders Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14460652) with its registered address at Unit 7a Radford Crescent, Billericay, Essex, England, CM12 0DU. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refers to any user of this Site and clients of Sustainable Leaders Limited.

By using our Site, purchasing services or products through our Site, or otherwise accessing or using any of the content, functionality, or services offered on or through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Site, purchase services or products through our Site, or access or use any of the content, functionality, or services offered on or through our Site.

 

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 years old, then your parent or legal guardian will need to read and consent to these Terms on your behalf. If you identify as disabled, an asylum seeker or refugee and require additional support to use our Site, please contact us.

2. The key points of these Terms and Conditions are:

  • Eligibility: You must be over 18 years old to engage Sustainable Leaders Limited.

  • Account Management: You must provide accurate information when engaging Sustainable Leaders Limited and must not impersonate or misrepresent others.

  • Content Usage: Do not adapt, amend or share content provided by Sustainable Leaders Limited with any third party.

  • Legal Compliance: You are responsible for adhering to applicable laws, particularly regarding data protection and consent requirements, when engaging Sustainable Leaders Limited. 

  • Third-Party Providers: Sustainable Leaders Limited does not assume any responsibility or liability for services, products or goods provided by third-party providers you engage.

  • Mental Health Support: While Sustainable Leaders Limited does not provide direct mental health support, they encourage you to seek professional help you are experiencing any mental health challenges. This might include reaching out to a qualified mental health professional or organization for personalized and tailored support.

3. Acceptance of Order

These Terms will become binding on you and us, and a Contract will come into effect upon our written acceptance of your Order to provide you with the services or products. This acceptance will be confirmed via email (Email Confirmation). Please note that we are not bound by your Order until we accept it in writing. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any term of the Order, the Order will take priority.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entirety of the agreement between you and us. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, understandings, and written or verbal communications between us relating to the subject matter hereof.

5. REPRESENTATIONS

5.1 You agree that you are not relying on any statements, representations, assurances, or warranties (whether made innocently or negligently) that are not explicitly stated in the Terms or the Privacy Policy.

5.2 You waive any claim against us for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based on any statement or representation in the Terms or the Privacy Policy.

5.3 Except as expressly stated in the Terms, we do not make any representations, warranties, or undertakings regarding the services. Any implied or incorporated representations, conditions, or warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. PROVISION OF SERVICES

6.1 We will supply the services to you starting from the date specified in the Order.

6.2 We will make every effort to complete the services within the specified timeframe. However, there may be delays due to Events Outside Our Control.

6.3 We may temporarily suspend the services to address technical issues or implement agreed-upon improvements. We will notify you in advance, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You will not be charged for the services during the suspension period under this clause. However, your obligation to settle any outstanding invoices remains unaffected.

6.4 If you fail to make timely payments for the services, we may suspend the services immediately until you have paid the outstanding amounts (except in cases where you have a valid dispute regarding an invoice). You will be notified of this suspension. This does not affect our right to charge you interest on the outstanding amounts.

7. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH SERVICES
7.1 In the rare instance of any defects in the services:

(a) contact us promptly to inform us of any defects;

(b) allow us a reasonable timeframe and opportunity to rectify any defects; and

(c) we will use every effort to resolve the defect within 28 days.

7.2 As a consumer, you have statutory rights in relation to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Information about your statutory rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will diminish these statutory rights.

7.3 If the Contract is of an indefinite duration, you may terminate the contract for services with immediate effect by providing written notice to us if any of the following conditions are met:

(a) We breach this contract in a material way and fail to rectify the situation within 28 days of receiving your written notice requesting us to do so;

(b) We enter into liquidation or a receiver or administrator is appointed to manage our assets;

(c) We make substantial changes to these Terms you your material disadvantage; and

(d) We are impacted by an Event Outside Our Control.

8. PROVISION OF PRODUCTS

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will only use your personal information that you disclose to us in connection with Sustainable Leaders Limited services and products to fulfil our obligations under these Terms & Conditions and as set out in our Privacy Policy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If a court finds any portion of these Terms illegal, the remaining provisions will remain in force. Each paragraph of these Terms functions independently. If a court or relevant authority determines that any provision is unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Any delay in enforcing these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them later. If we don't immediately require you to comply with these Terms or if we delay in taking action against you for breaching these Terms, this does not mean you are not obligated to comply or that we cannot take action against you later. For instance, if you miss a payment and we don't pursue it immediately but continue to provide you with services and products, we can still demand that you make the payment at a later date.

Which laws and jurisdiction applies to these Terms. These Terms are governed by English law and under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
